BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
My life has always revolved around being active since being a young girl, competing in different sports, mainly athletics. This sparked my interest into learning more about the human body and the way it moves. From this, I have applied my knowledge from my experience in the sporting world to aiming towards a professional career involving years of learning how my own body works and using this to apply it to various different scenarios.

I have always been fascinated by anatomy and rehabilitation, sparked through experiencing my own injuries when competing internationally as an acrobatic gymnast.
I am currently in my second year of studying Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, where I continue to develop my understanding of injury prevention, management and manual techniques.
Alongside my studies, I have gained experience working as a Pitchside First Aider across a variety of sports, including American football, rugby, and football, applying my clinical knowledge and manual skills to assess and manage injuries in high-pressure environments.
Most recently, I had the opportunity to put these skills into practice while working at the 2026 Sheffield Half and the London Marathon, where I supported athletes with injury management, recovery, and sports taping.
Outside my studies, I enjoy strength training and am currently preparing to compete in my second Hyrox!

I have always loved sports and grew up running, which gave me a real curiosity about how the body moves, performs, and recovers. After completing my degree in Sport and Exercise Science, this interest led me to my current studies as a first-year MSc Physiotherapy student at the University of Northampton. I am particularly interested in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and helping people return to the activities they love. Alongside my studies, I work as a running coach, supporting others in building confidence and achieving their goals. I am really looking forward to applying this experience and developing my clinical skills further.
